Land is a precious commodity and promotion plays a key role in housing delivery; our focus is on enhancing the built environment by placing exemplary design at the heart of all our proposals. If we must build more, then we should build better.

Victoria Land is owned and managed by an experienced team backed by a dedicated consultant group. We are hands-on and selective in our choice of projects and we believe in the value of engagement and collaboration.

Alongside our promotion work we also undertake consultancy services to the development industry, and we specialise in land for the senior living sector.

About us

We are a small family-owned business with a wealth of experience in residential land and planning. Founded in 2014, our directors have over 45 years combined experience. With continued pressure on the sector to deliver ever more homes, the real challenge to the industry lies in convincing existing communities of the merits of new housing. As a business we believe in collaboration and consultation; our planning success is built upon high-quality proposals with the endorsement of local residents.

We instructed Victoria Land on a small greenfield site, which we had been advised by others would be unlikely to get planning permission. Agreeing terms with VL was stress-free and they were straightforward throughout. Their advice and strategy were clear and well thought-out at each stage. Working with their team of consultants they proposed and agreed a development scheme with us, consulted with the planning officer, parish council and neighbours and tailored it to take account of comments. They succeeded in obtaining planning permission in less than a year, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
